The prototype

Hoard Patrol is operated by Spammusubi Technologies. It is an experimental decluttering coach that provides small prompts and conversational support, not professional organizing, medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.

Opting in

By entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting START to the Hoard Patrol number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Hoard Patrol. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency is up to one recurring message per day, plus messages you request by replying, including ANOTHER. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. The current private prototype does not charge a Hoard Patrol subscription fee.

Subscriptions and trials

When subscriptions open, the price, billing period, and any eligible trial will be shown before checkout. Subscription access requires a verified phone. A trial is limited to one per account and phone. Trials without a payment method end automatically; if you add one, the subscription can renew at the disclosed price. You can manage payment details and cancel renewal through Manage billing.

Texting STOP also requests cancellation of renewal. The account page shows when billing has confirmed it. PAUSE only pauses daily tasks and does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion is a request for support to complete, and stops coaching texts immediately.

Stopping or getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and messaging provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for emergencies, illegal activity, harassment, or attempts to interfere with the prototype. We may suspend access to protect the service or comply with carrier requirements. Verification and replies are limited to prevent abuse; the service does not include unlimited messaging.
