Who operates this service

Hoard Patrol is operated by Spammusubi Technologies.

What we collect

When you opt in, Hoard Patrol stores your mobile number, the date and method of consent, subscription status, delivery time and timezone, recent message timestamps, message history, and task progress. If you create an account, we also store your sign-in identifier, email, verified phone association, account status, and billing references. We store verification attempts and protected rate-limit identifiers derived from account, phone, and IP information to prevent abuse.

How it is used

We use this information only to send the Hoard Patrol messages you requested, respond to your replies, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the prototype.

Service providers

Sites provides hosting and sign-in. Twilio delivers texts and verification codes. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and Stripe handles checkout and subscription billing. Payment details are entered with Stripe; Hoard Patrol stores billing references and subscription status, not card numbers.

Mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide it to service providers solely to deliver and operate the messaging service. Those providers may process message metadata under their own terms.

Message frequency and choices

You may receive up to one recurring message per day, plus replies you request during a conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Retention and deletion

Consent records are retained as needed to document messaging consent. You can download account details or request deletion from your account page. A deletion request immediately stops coaching texts and disables account access; support must complete removal of retained records and any remaining billing cancellation. Consent and abuse-prevention records, including previously linked phone numbers, may be retained to honor opt-outs and prevent repeated trials. For help, reply HELP.
